.Since 1984, WaterMark Financial Services has arranged real estate financing for middle market properties nationwide. We have built a strong reputation of creativity and professionalism. We continue to operate under the premise that the proper financial structure is essential to the successful development of real estate. This financial structure also provides adequate security and investment return to the lending institution and/or equity investor.
We meet the financial needs of our clients through extensive market knowledge and an understanding of the needs of investors and borrowers alike. We work on financial solutions to meet our client's goal. Our ultimate objective is to secure our client's capital requirement in the constantly changing national and international markets. A given assignment may require mortgage or equity capital from one source or many. Techniques vary from conventional long-term first and second mortgages, to a broad array of other financial alternatives.
WFS is a small organization devoted to offering personal service. Our proven talent base and existing lender and investor relationships allow us to provide creative financing options. Our in-depth approach allows us to finance any property type in any location. A few of our past successes include: a congregate care facility in Oregon; a conversion/rehabilitation to low cost housing in San Francisco; a motel in Nevada; a shopping center in Colorado; apartments in Nevada and a leasehold, life care facility in Palo Alto.
